Hin-Cheng Wang is a skilled commercial transactions attorney, with extensive experience finding solutions for institutional clients in the areas of technology, market data licensing, outsourcing, cybersecurity and commercial real estate leasing transactions.

Prior to joining BLG, Hin-Cheng spent 15 years as in-house counsel in the insurance and asset management industries, where he negotiated and consummated strategic and complex commercial transactions in support of corporate procurement and real estate, IT, M&A, finance, actuarial, and investment portfolio management functions.  Prior to his in-house counsel roles, Hin-Cheng worked as a commercial real estate attorney in private practice.

Hin-Cheng is a graduate of Bates College and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
