Anthony Johnson is an attorney focused on technology transactions and complex commercial matters, with experience advising financial institutions and private equity–backed clients on transactions involving intellectual property, software, and technology.

Prior to joining Bortstein Legal Group, Anthony provided legal support to private equity and investment deal teams at a global investment bank. In this role, he advised business stakeholders on legal and commercial risk and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a broad range of transaction-related agreements across real estate, infrastructure, and venture capital investments.

Anthony began his legal career in the Technology Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions groups at White & Case LLP in New York, where he advised strategic and financial clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience includes drafting and negotiating technology and IP-driven agreements, managing due diligence for acquisitions, and supporting complex M&A, financing, and securities transactions.
