Zaynab Khokhar is an Associate (Solicitor) at Bortstein Legal Group’s London office, where she specialises in data privacy, technology, commercial contracts, and market data agreements.

Before joining the firm, Zaynab completed her training in-house and qualified at Modulaire Group, a global infrastructure business owned by the investment management company, Brookfield Corporation. During her time at Modulaire, she was the primary point of contact for all data privacy matters across the Group and also focused on commercial contracts, including drafting supplier and consultancy agreements, as well as working closely with the Group finance team on a multimillion-pound refinancing transaction. As part of her training, Zaynab was seconded to the Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Digital Assets Team at Squire Patton Bogg’s London office.

Zaynab graduated with a First Class law degree (LLB) from City University of London and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from The University of Law. She is a member of the Society for Computers & Law, and is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
