Amy Stillman is a senior commercial real estate attorney with extensive knowledge and experience in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Amy has significant experience representing landlords and tenants, including several national and luxury fashion retailers, with respect to retail and office leases and related agreements. In addition, she has worked on a wide variety of complex real estate financing transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities, revolving credit facilities, loans, sale/leasebacks, and restructurings, and other corporate contracts involving real estate.

Amy received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, and received her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
