As a former equities lawyer, Frank has a strong understanding of market structure and risk management in the capital markets context.  Frank’s experience includes intellectual property licensing agreements, commercial transactions, outsourcing, SaaS, market data, electronic trading, commission management & soft dollars, regulatory compliance & disclosures, vendor management, NDAs, and policies & procedures.

Frank delivers practical solutions through a risk management lens for contract interpretation, including issues such as liability, indemnity, data privacy and security.

Frank graduated from Cornell Law School with a Masters (LLM) in Technology & Entrepreneurship and earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from New York Law School.  Before that, Frank graduated with honors from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of the Arts (BA) in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, and was elected to the SBU Alumni Board of Directors in 2019.  Frank is a member of the New York Bar, admitted in 2007.
