Reesa Miles is an attorney focused on technology transactions and data privacy. As a former Partner at one of the leading education and labor law firms in New York State, Reesa served as General and Labor Counsel to numerous School Districts and other Municipalities. In that role, she negotiated and drafted a variety of contracts, including technology procurement contracts and professional services agreements.

Reesa graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law where she served on the St. John’s Law Review. She earned her Master of Arts from Columbia University and her undergraduate degrees from Boston University.
